Il Codacons e l’ Associazione per la Difesa dei diritti civili della scuola si oppongono fermamente alla proposta del Ministro della Salute Turco di inviare i Carabinieri dei Nas nelle scuole, come giro di vite contro l’utilizzo di droghe da parte degli studenti e per il rispetto della legalità.
Esistono già ferree leggi in tal senso, ed esiste chi deve farle rispettare ? afferma per conto delle due associazioni l’avv. Carlo Rienzi ? Se si vuole lottare contro fumo e droga nelle scuole, i docenti che vedono fumare uno studente all’interno delle strutture scolastiche devono necessariamente proporne la sospensione. Non solo. Gli istituti scolastici devono approvare a inizio anno, in sede di collegio dei docenti e dei genitori, un regolamento interno che preveda il divieto assoluto di fumo e l’applicazione automatica della sospensione per chi lo viola, assegnando ad almeno tre docenti il compito di ispezioni e controlli.
I Nas e le forze dell’ordine semmai ? prosegue Rienzi ? devono operare fuori e davanti le scuole, e concentrare gli sforzi contro gli spacciatori, che tutti sanno dove e come operano.
Dopo il raddoppio delle dosi massime di cannabis consentite per uso personale volute da questo Governo, e annullato grazie al ricorso del Codacons al Tar del Lazio, proporre ora un eccesso opposto ? e cioè l’invio dei Nas contro gli spinelli a scuola ? ci sembra un comportamento schizofrenico e incomprensibile.
